week 4 Digital devide in other words how I'm spending money

I don't have ID card, just because the Citizenship and Migration Board is located too far away from me. So I have to cope without all this wonderful possibilities. I don't care much about the rest but living without digital signature is paying back. So I've already spent 810 EEKs on bus tickets to Tallinn and back to Tartu.

Shouldn't I just take an hour and do the ID card? Hmm
